Take a deep breath, hold it and exhale. If that did not hurt, you are blessed, as there is someone, somewhere who does not have the luxury of taking a breath without pain.
I want to take time out to first thank the person who gifted me with this breath prayer process. I also want to thank you for reading this. If you are here, you are an integral part of this blog. Without you, I have no reason to write, recommend (and occasionally rant).
